My process..
I guess everyone has their own way of doing things, this is my process, for this particular mural.
first stage, the sketching which takes approx a day depending on the size of the room and detail.
Second stage is adding the background wash of colour.
Third stage. Adding colour to the main trees in Foreground.
Fourth Stage. Adding detail and more colour. I work around the room simultaneously so all colours match.
Second week and seeing the forest from the trees! Love birds added to the scene, requested by client
Getting stuck into the detail, loosing track of time!

Getting close to the end and seeing everything come together is a great feeling.

This was one of my favourite commissions as I can get totally absorbed with murals. Having Adhd and having the opportunity to be emersed in what I love is amazing, having to be reminded to take a break means I am in bliss! My process is working on all four walls simultaniously so that there is consistancy in line and colour.
